Well ive tried resetting it and even looked on the router manager program but its all gobbeldy gook to me. Still doesnt work......
Reckon BT will change the router?

you need to get on to the routers interface, it will have an IP address that type in the URL, something along the lines of 192.168.1.1 or 1.2.
