Well, theres a movement in Brum trying to bring this shit back, but the general consensus is, old skool is old skool. UK Garage needs some new flavour on the scene and if i'm right in saying I rekon there's only a scattering of people still producing this.
Garage itself is a really happy genre a lot of people forget that because its associated with Bassline and Grime. It all went a bit moody and somewhere in there, they took UK Garage along with it.

completely agree with that !!
old school UKG is untouchable to me, just makes you feel so good/happy it is untrue, but perhaps because i associate the music with being young and a bit wild haha.

It proves itself over and over....
How many times have you been to a birthday party and watched people dance all night to chart, Only to start cheering and going mad when the garage comes on ?
I can hear it now.... Usher finishes his last verse, then the DJ brings in the crowd favourite " Sweet Female Attitude - Flowers " Everyone starts getttin excited lol.
