That's the oil return hole, it needs to be blocked off when using a MK1 oil filter.

because you are only cuttin a thread in, it should never effect the oil return if you put back on you mk2 oil filter. as you will remove the m10 tap that you have screwed in. Thanks m8

ok i have had problems with my phone over the last two weeks sony currently have it to fix it so my spare phone i took some photos of the sleeve as requested. they are not great but owell, wen i get my k800i back il get some better 1's up.
The Sleeve attached to the battery base..
Close up of the copper Sleeve where i have cut it so locks onto the lambda sensor..
And where it is located in the engine bay..
Hope that helps guys, well worth making your own, than spending out £25 quid. I mite even make a load and sell them if people would like some...?
Finchy

Anyone who has fitted this to their mk2 VTR, did you notice the pic of the oil return hole is slightly different? On mine it's further to the right..
Also what's everyone done with the oil pressure sensor?

i think m8 if you read my guide properly from the beginning you will find that i have talked through what to do with the oil pressure sensor...lol
if the oil return is further to the right it shudnt matter one bit
