Shop around mate, try all the comparison websites..

Gocompare
Comparethemarket
confused
Moneysupermarket
4youngdrivers

Get quotes from them all as some have various different schemes with insurers and then try and haggle, phone them when you have a good quote and say that you have another quote around about 5% cheaper...see if they can get it better.

Also try adding a parent as named etc..?
