Default 266mm brakes

Hi, in the spur of the moment, i have bought a 266mm lucas brake calipers with fedoro discs ands eco pads... for a citroen saxo vts
I checked the pads box code(sealed box) and they are suppose to go for a berlingo, are there any differences between a 307 hdi 266mm or a berlingo 266mm callipers? Should i buy other pads? which are compatible?

Thanks

Could be differences in the years but the 266 calipers were on a few models.
