Default Difference between Saxo's suspensions springs.

Is there's any difference between the springs between a 1.1 1.6 1.4 etc?😓
Only due to 1.4 "lowering springs" and any vtr or vts springs being advertised being better value or plain cheaper than any I find listed for a 1.1.

Thank you! 😐

think its just the spring rate thats different due to the 1.6 having a heavier cast iron block

Don't think the Saxo ever used the smaller diameter springs so unless ( 3 stud models may have ) but appart from that There basically the same on all models but free length and weight differ. Some aftermarket lowering spring appear to sell the same springs for any model others will have specific springs tailored to each model. As mentioned above the weight and even standard ride hight vary quite a lot on the Saxo so fitting a lowering spring from a different model can result in a significant different ride high to advertised. I have once ended up with the car higher than it originally was when fitting some for someone. Promptly had to take them off and fit the original back on.
