Just watched the full thing, was good but just like any other 'work out' video I've watched or site I've read the more I know the more I get confused cos everyone is saying different things.

Wish it was easy lol

Think I'm just going to stick to cardio tbh because I haven't got clue about building muscle and I can't lift heavy weights either

As long as the weight you lift is challenging for the muscles you have and you keep pushing yourself whilst lifting that weight, muscle will grow... It's not like muscle will grow once you lift a set amount of weight, it's just lifting something YOU find heavy, and as long as you keep increasing the weight when you get stronger, and keep resting and eating to recover, you build muscle...
