is it ok to do a 15-20min intense skipping straight after a weight lifting session? mebs 2-3times a week? or will this prove to give negative affects?

depending on what your goal is if it its to help to keep body fat down then go for it i love using a skipping rope but i wouldnt do it for as long but try and do double unders as they are harder and so you will not have to go as long with still hitting your anaerobic threshold

i honestly love it especially now i can do allsorts with it i mix it up lots and jump around the room and allsorts, did it monday after chest workout n my shoulders are sill aching lol. im trying to lose as much bodyfat as possible whilst trying to maintain my muscle

thats why i love it its so much more fun than any cardio machine and you van do it anywer have a look at this for a few more things you can do also just look around this website for good training tips very informative
