Default Removing carpet

hi,

got my wiring kit in the post today so plan on fitting it at the weekend. i want to make it as neat as possible so was going to remove the carpet. basically my question is...

what will i need to remove from the car to remove the carpet?

i know i will need to remove the seats but what else?

also where abouts on the power cable do you mount the fuse or does it not matter?

cheers james

centre consol

and i think some nuts under the dash and two nuts on lower bench
if you have normal seats in you need to take the metal guide rail thingy for the seat belt its on the floor behind the seats to a side easy job really.

thats it i think.

all you need to do is remove the 4 torx bolts on each fron seat, remove the rear seats bottom cushion

then the seat belts bars need to be taken off with the bolt, be careful you dont cross thread it putting it back in though

then there will be two bolts in the front footwells where the boot releasehandle is, remove this bolt and dont lose the spacer

you just need to lift the carpet not take it fully out

while all the seats are out give it a hoover
