Nice one dude.
Remind me again what bits you've got there? DCOE's right? And a Sandy inlet? What size trumpets?
Sandy is doing my engine. I'm going for his inlet, DCOE's and 90mm trumpets. Will need to cut the scuttle I think.

Yeh, I've got Sandy inlet, DCOE's (42mm tapered by Colin to fit 45mm diameter trumpets) and 60mm trumpets. If Sandy is doing your engine it'll be a masterpiece with tons of power!!!!
With the above I definately had to cut the scuttle with my airbox and sausage filter - 90mm trumpets would have been very tight against the windscreen wiper motor, might be something for you to think about before fitting the 90mm trumpets. A left handed wiper motor would be the solution.

TB's MAPPED UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have been speaking to Andy about getting a Predator on, and he mentioned he had one that he has spare ready to go.............. so I jumped at the chance.
After around 4/5 hours on the road mapping it up it feels absolutely amazing !!! There's just no words really to describe the noise of TB's, and the way at which they are docile up until 3.5k - 4k and then they just roar and the car takes off!!!! I'll do my best to get some pictures of the finished engine bay and some vides of the noise asap for you lot!
One thing it has highlighted is the need to get my S2 gearbox on it. Whilst mapping we were hitting 3 figure speeds in 3rd on private land- and with the cams not coming alive until 3.5k really need the shorter gearbox on there to keep it up in the power!!!
Fitting the TB's is well worth the money spent !!! Am slightly worried about the noise on the track, but will have to wait and see!
Hat off to Andy though, he mapped it up and felt there was more to come, so he tweaked the timing, played around with a few settings and we went out to re-map the hole thing!! The difference in pace was unreal!
The Predator ECU is great - we just plugged in the ECU, calibrated the TPS, calibrated the wideband and then we got her started almost straight away (is hard at guessing the cold start!!) - the cold start now is good but Andy taught me how to tweak it to get it 'perfect' and it idles so smooth even with the cams.
Can't wait to get it on the rollers, just have to have a tweak with the rev limit before seeing what she can do !
