lol, I've not had a good chance to go and get some good ones - I'm currently up in Bristol so don't have any real good roads to give it a blast and videu it.
I'll try and get some pictures - car's pretty dirty though!

Were you running fast road cams before the iTB install? If so, how different does it feel with the addition of the bodies?

Yeh I had the Piper BP 285's in with the standard inlet before i put the iTB's on. It felt like there wasn't much to give at low rev's but once hit around 4k they definately felt quicker than standard - bearing in mind this was on the standard ECU with the timing slightly out.
When the bodies were fitted, with the predator mapped & timing tweaked - it still didnt have much from like 1k-2.5k but then from 2.5k to 5k is felt slightly quicker and just wants to rev - 5k+ is mental, just looking to get the rev limit set at around 7400rpm'ish. I've also got it on the 1.4 Westcoast box still, so it takes longer to get up into the high rev's - I'll have ot let you know what it's like when I get the S2 box on.
Also, it's hard to say with regards to power as the TB noise makes it feel like all hells breaking loose at full throttle! And I've changed other things going from standard inlet to TB's - like timing & management.
I don't regret fitting the TB's at all - the step from standard engine to cammed&TB'd is great! Whereas i can imagine the step from cammed to TB&cammed might not feel huge. IMO it's all about the noise of them, which contributes to the enjoyment of driving it - as opposed to chasing figures.
If I was you I'd look to get Tb's for your car, it's begging out for them - might be worth trying to set up a groupbuy with Jenvey and Colin for then TB's and inlet - the group buy i was part of got a great discount as part of the 106rallyeforum.
Sorry for the essay

When it hit the rev limiter for the first time we both covered our faces and thought we were going to be sucked through the dashboard and into the engine.
TB's sound SERIOUSLY cool. Even if they make NO more power, the sound is worth it.
...and now we can map them

The mapping is awesome!!! I'm glad a filter is on there as it'd suck anything and everything in the scuttle area in if they could, LOL.

£3k ? Are going for some wilder cams, forgies? Would be awesome - 180bhp with headwork.
It's hard to quantify really - I've never been in a mapped up calmed Vts so can't really compare one to mine. It definately feels quicker.
Sorry I can't be more help. I've gone from standard Vts, to unmapped cammed Vts (1 long drive) to a mapped, timing tweaked TB and calmed Vts; is just hard to compare.

I'm not doing anything like that yet. £3k is about right for a TB set up:
Bodies, fuel rail, injectors, sensors, trumpets loom wiring, ECU etc, you're looking at around £1800. Then there's all the labour work and finally the mapping.

Is a very hard call to say whether they are worth the £3k ontop, IMO probably not - but definately if you plan on going further with the spec.
If you don't plan on going further then maybe worth considering the Predator with TB's - would cut around £500 -£1k off the cost ? Try and get a jenvey group buy going? Soon brings the cost down.
EDITED - just pm'd you.

Took a couple of pictures with my phone today of the finished set-up. It shows how much of the scuttle had to be cut away. The end of the trumpets sit 10mm further than the stepped backplate to give yo uan idea of the inlet length:
I took a couple of video's of the noise - the picture is just my steering wheel as had the camera around my neck so could actually drive whilst taking the video - have to play with them as they are big files and try to upload them.
