not sure on the offset, as the hispecs are regrilled renault discs from memory. Make sure the hoses you get are the shorter ones as the long hoses rub through very easily as they are to long and foul on the wheel badly.

No worries - thanks for the advice. Was going to try and get some discs seperate, like mintex ones etc. But will just get them from HiSpec as saves the hassle!

Will end up getting swampy to make me up some hoses I think before I fit these.

UPDATE

Just ordered a set of new followers from QEP, so once they have arrived, will look at getting a pair of camshaft seals, then save for a little bit for a PnP ECU and map! Then off we go !!!

Also, am tempted with looking to go down the ITb's route early summer time, will see what money I have, might be able to fork out for them on the 'plastic' and get the PnP installed and mapped with bodies!

Yeh, was satisfying after putting the 16v engine in and going for that first drive !!!!

After a few weeks had a bit more confidence in giving it some stick and couldn't have been more enjoyable around the country roads!!

That's the one reason I keep the Saxo, because it never fails to put a smile on my face when looking for some 'spirited' driving

is your mate able to make hoses that have the right connectors?

GOT IN ON THE GROUP BUY !!!!! GET IN!

Going to order the above tomorrow, and order a sandy brown inlet - and get the 42mm bodies tapered at one end to fit the 45mm trumpets!

Will update with pictures once it all arrives through!!

Just need to look into what standalone am looking to buy - and where going to get it mapped.

Am unsure about a PnP ECU when fitting throttle bodies - surely some of the sensor wiring would need to be changed? If anyoen can help that'd be ideal !

I'm looking to get swampy off here to make some up. I'll offer the calipers up, put the wheel on and try and look at the best routing for the hose as I remember reading abou some hi-spec hoses being warn through due to rubbing on the wheel.

If I get the made up and they are a good fit, i'll put the measurements on here for anyone who wants them!

Am looking to fit them maybe in the next month or so.

What fittings do you have on your at the mo? You have the banjo coming out at a 45degree angle to the caliper pointing away from the ground?

Gave the car a good clean this weekend !!

Here's some picture I took after giving the car a clean - engine bay just needs a good clean now - might have the engine out for a week in spring to clean it up and respray it !

Fitted the green enclosed induction kit, but felt like it was stangling the car, so put the standard one back on - is sooooo much better!!!

Also, got a new set of catcam followers last week

Car needs a few clips replacing on some of the vtr kit, and has a few little dents in places, but there's no point in getting them sorted, as sods law dictates that after getting them taken out, more would appear!

Hope people like the pics!

Apologies for the dirty inside of the bonnet!!

A couple more of my favourites:

Skirt is coming off a little bit in this picture - both skirts need to come off ideally, and put back on with new clips, maybe a job for the summer ??
