you dont need a fuel return pipe mate. you already have on under your tank. it just returns from a different place. just block the return hole off the 16v fuel rail and put the 16v pressure regulator in the place of the 8v one. and vice versa. the 8v one is under your back seat under the closest black cover to the drivers side. mines been fine like this for knocking on a year

Went for 60mm, which I still think will need to cut the scuttle, so sort of wish would have gone for 90mm's.
Shoud still make enough noise

No you dont "need" one, but i would strongly recommend you put one in!
