More and more wires got wrapped around the shaft until it cut out matey I would have thought the crank sensor would have been the one that killed it off, read the description I give in the problem & queries section as I can't remember how it all happened
Should be a good week with the car, apart from Petrol prices going up and making me use it less and less, I will be picking up a steering wheel hopefully tomorrow to get rid of the Grandad steering wheel in there at the moment lol

Petrol prices shouldn't have gone up. They were too high to start with and its nearly all tax. I might go into the petrol station and ask if i can pay my car tax when i get some fuel as if i buy 10 litres im only really buying 2.

Pointless, yet disappointing update.
Its 3am, Im bored, so might as well update this eh?
December 11th;
Car was sitting dead as per usual, got it to work with extremely dodgy wiring in the bay, oh well, it works.

Cleaning up a mechanics mess was a piss take to be honest, could have done without the hassle but hey, im cursed. Still going strong despite my doubts, made it to the CC Meet in MK without ANY problems, Sweeeeet.
Snow Pic's y0!
Was way too cold to clean the car, so when a nice day come up, I thought it would be rude not to clear the mess.
Oh, and I bought a OMP Corsica off AshleyP, getting rid of the Grandad Wood look-a-like Steering wheel which looks like it was borrowed from the Titanic
Now the bad bit..
Since some of you have me on Facebook, you will know Sainsburys cut my hours from 50 per week, to 26. Leaving me £500 down per month-ish.
Insurance is £3000 a year, £250 per month basically. I can't afford the car any more this means. Just as everything was going perfect as well, kind of gutted. Looking for cash in hand work, bits and bobs creeping up but nothing major. What has even more pissed me off, check this out, If I took out my insurance today, instead of August, with the same fucking company;
Oh well, live and learn I guess, insurance screws you lol
Im just hoping for a miracle at the moment.
Thanks for looking, comments and criticism always welcome, just don't take the piss.

Definately do this. I don't know how old you are (you look rather young though)
but that quote (if you are as young as you look lol) is very very good. I pay about the same on my vts albeit with all modifications declared and im 27 and have 3 years ncb and i also have a class 2 licence.

Modifications? What are they?
Im 19 mate, look about 12, when I drive a Landrover it looks like I stole it. If its as simple as people say, im on the phone to the insurance company tomorrow evening. I have got 6 months to go on the current policy (£1500's worth), this new policy is £955 for the whole year, it just don't add up really.

Update regarding Insurance;
They will fuck you over in every way possible. I rung Admiral, put through to a call centre in India, the women didn't understand me! After a discussion with my problem she hung up on me! Called again, put through to Canada, asked to be put through to Cardiff, they fuck me off. Called for the last time, put through to Cardiff after a argument with a call centre in India again, bloke said "Sorry, can't help you with this situation, call our customer services line in India".. So had to call them yet again.
I have them by the short and curly's now, they sold me a policy under false pretences (Multicar policy for just one fucking car)..
I asked to cancel, she worked it out as 'ADMIRAL WILL HAVE TO PAY ME £5 FOR ME TO CANCEL!" Result really.
Calling me back tomorrow for the final agreement.

I wonder if I take a hammer to my inlet manifold that I can carve a set of TB's from them. You were very lucky your engine got away with what it did! haha

When i had my gti180, i payed 2400 to insure it (19 aswell), and when i cancelled to go with a different company for the A3, i had 8 months left, i was expecting at least a grand back, adrian flux gave me 385 back, and took 25 off for cancelling, i was well cheesed off tbh, you got off there lucky
