What those ones you gave me today? I thought you wanted them scrapped!
I'll go fish them out of the bin...
Uhhh sure I can do Thursday so long as you get all the bits & pieces ready. DON'T FORGET THE RETAINING SCREWS FROM A LANDY DEALER

Pictures of how clean/standard this car is;
Its not bad for its age at all, so happy with the purchase.
I kind of like the mods on it as well, they would look awesome if the car was a different colour
Oh Yes, it shall be something else soon. I shall give you all a clue to what the new colour will be;

Cannot wait!!
Insurance first, 5 days away
Only mod I have done to it so far is put my slightly tinted 106 rear windows on, these are the windows that cursed me, they were the ones I was going to see Mikol and swap my standards for when I had my old GTi, only for that to go and blow apart;
& One for the noobs, since I had no car and been driving the Landrover, I kind of managed to fry the brakes, erm, badly would you say?

Yes on one of them pads, there is no pad. Just metal shavings.
Huge Pad y0!
Anyways, as always, comments and criticism welcome. I ain't dreaming about modifying the fuck out of a 106 anymore, no more problems = money to spend!!

That car is simply amazing, If I had THAT much money to splash on a car I would.
I noticed ever since that car become one of the best on Sax-P, prices of Sundance's have shot up, £2800 for a Sundance with more miles on than my silver one and in worse condition.. Adds up to Buy the Silver one and get it sprayed for under £1k and im still easily £800 up. Win Win

I spy my foot in those pictures!
I love how I get exactly zero mention in that update. Remind me Dom, how much 'work' did you actually do while I was changing your brakes for you?
Glad you're enjoying the windows from the XS, as massively homo as they are. Now no-one will be able to see your backseat antics, you slut.

Yep you done the brake pads, but I provided the muscle to get the bolts off, Mikol was feeling weak that day

Ain't going to lie, for the past hour Ive read through this thread from Day 1 of the White GTi till the end of it, still annoys me seeing how much shit went wrong haha
I will pop up with this one soon pal, think I might be lucky that I kept the Gearbox off my old 106, this Silver ones going to need it soon. Don't even feel like a GTi box on it, more like a 1.1, have to check the codes and see.

What do you mean it doesn't 'feel' like a GTi box?
The only time you'd notice a sports cluster over a base-model one is in the bends, plus you've never driven on a poverty box
Man up you big girl - what's exactly wrong with it?

Gear ratio's are way different Mike, doesn't pull anywhere near as good apart from acceleration, top end is alot slower. Maybe its because I have never drove a standard GTi. It popped out of reverse twice as well, its having it moments.. Plus I want that 'S' box on because im a whore for perfect driving.
Firstly, 1 month till yellowness.

The gear ratios are the same, or at least they should be.
VTS ratios = GTi ones and the difference to 1.1 ones is negligible, 3rd felt the tiniest bit longer on the GTi box than the 1.1 box but it might just be because the 1.1 is pig slow anyway.
Maybe worth checking the code but have you serviced it yet? It'll pull loads better once you do.

They are way off mate! No more 110-ish in 4th, on my private Runway in my back garden it was struggling. Maybe the old GTi was cammed for sure, mates who had GTi's said the white one was way faster, should have salvaged the fucker. Gutted. Need TB's and Cam's over the next few months.

Thanks mate!
Had to change cars, the Silver Saxo was too slow for me, the White GTi went tits up (P.15 for the final pics of it) and now this piece of shit lol
Didn't you go Basketball training with my cousin, Dean? Think he knows you right?
Depends how much you want for that Saxo, need something thats been looked after, a S might be a good investment, never seen you rag that thing either, bonus! haha
