HID's are very good, you can literally see everything on the road The rear level is doing my back in though! haha

Don't want to spend money on CF, way too overpriced IMO
Thanks for the comment though

Thanks fella Its going to be a 2 year project due to the car being used as a daily. 1 problem is the Insurance, might not even have this car in 6 months time Im waiting on the new job to come through before I decide on this

I'm not too keen on this car at all..
..but only because i don't own it!
Reminds me of my Rallye, looks well cool! Definately needs TB's though to make it more special!

Not sure on the Law at all, I always thought they were illegal but I haven't been pulled, and nobody I know has ever been pulled for HID's. I suppose its just the discretion of the police really

The only TB's I have seen that look good to me are Jenvey ones, If I was to go for them it would have to be a brand new set, Im just waiting for the new job to come through then I may be onto a winner, won't need the car for a while so I can send it away to be modded

They kind of piss me off, but other times I think they break up the car well. They do look out of place
Removing them, filling the holes, and then respray = £400+

Yeah, can't really justify the cost for such a small detail.

Couldn't of explained it any better, I don't mind splashing the odd £100 here and there to get the bodywork completely sorted and raised etc. I was trying to keep the outside looking standard and concentrate on Engine mods just so I can enjoy driving the car Never got to do that with my VTR as it cost too much to fix

Think all hid's are illegal unless they are factory fitted with projectors. The brightest you can get is 6k as it's closest to the suns peak of 5.8k

HID's are only strictly legal if you have
-Automatic headlight levellers and
-Headlight washer jets
But tbh it doesn't stop everyone and their dog fitting them.
Anyways Dom, you know what I think - this car has mega potential. Just needs a little TLC and it'll be a minter.

I would love to give it the TLC it needs, wouldn't want to go Vikings after you said they were getting worse with every job they do Engine modifications will be my key priority to get the worst part of the car out the way with.. I can't help but feeling like I will spend too much on this car and lose alot of money when it comes to selling on :/

Meh, they're not bad sprayers it's just worth taking a couple days off work and do the prep work yourself if you're going to use them

Bleurgh, There isn't one.
We're convoying up to Trax on Sunday but after that I'll have moved to Leamington so unless someone picks it up I doubt they'll get organised anymore...
Trax will be epic though
