today i have been double checking a few things,
took the sump off and baffle as wanted to double check the rod bolts were still correct torque.
now im happy with all that the sump has been sealed. manifold fitted and charger is in place with belt on.
also had andy (datashift) remote setting up my ecu with new firmware. and helped me sort the new tps as i wasnt sure what wires went were lol. all sorted and calibrated.
will be sorting a few little bits and bobs over the next few days, making sure wires are clear of sharp objects and hot bits, and basically making sure everything is ready as hoping to get her started in the next couple weeks.

will be heading to citreon on friday morning for oil and gearbox oil.
and purchasing spark plugs.
then will be a case of oiling up the engine filling and bleeding the rad.
then see if andy is free next week to sort ecu for first start up.
i think pretty much everything is ready.
i keep checking and checking lol.

Have been working all week so not much been done.
today i double checked some things, sealed the cam covers.
put the new oil in, filled and bled the radiator.
fit the charger belt and tensioned it.
filled the traction oil.
have now turned the engine over by hand, there is no resistance or funny noises so everything seems clear.
traction oil has gone through the charger so that is sorted.
still need some vacum hose for the ecu map sensor and boost gauge, and still waiting on shafts. maybe tomorrow fingers crossed.

just had the ecu connected to laptop checking sensors, water temp works, intake temp, oil pressure, oil level, fuel pump works, and the starter motor turns. just cranked it over.
wish the last few bolts and shafts would hurry up. then andy can get her started.
