new springs sorted, will be fitted tuesday, along with stripping the cams back out and replacing(again) all the followers, with brand spankys.

have just ordered new tappets from gmc,
also got new gmax 40mm lowering springs, (i know) but they are litterally for the mot,
as have decided that the next step will probably be a set of ast coil overs and top mounts.
