What's the best size to use to keep the speaker secure?

Any screw that fits. Mine have all sorts holding them on

Not always mate,mine were standard & they were screwed in with self tappers with a t20 head.Whenever i`m down the scrappies I always fill my pockets with screws/nuts bolts etc lol.
