It's so fucking hot today to work on cars. However i did get my loom all finished in the rear.
I had to crawl into the caged prison between my seats and the cage. Not easy.

It does make a lovely difference.
If i can get through my test first time i will be there. Probably not on the saxp stand because you have to get them way in advance. And i don't want to buy them then fail my test. bummer

Secured the induction kit today.
I had a long hard think about how to do it. But the simple answer is, cable ties. It's not that i'm lazy and couldn't be asked to make brackets. I love making brackets, it's what i want to do in life. Well not brackets but motorsport fabrication and packaging.
Cable ties were the best option. You want to work underneath it. CUT CUT DONE.
Do what you need to do ZIP ZIP DONE.
It holds it firm with a bit of flex to keep things happy.
You don't need to worry about bolts coming loose, you don't need to get your hand underneath with a spanner to undo the fucker.
Thought i would have a rant before someone called me a pikey. If i had some spare cash it would be side brackets and dzus quick release fasteners. But no

Looking good mate. When i fitted my raceland i was like how does this fit securely, but mine just sits ontop of the radiator brackets and doesnt move at all really, the only problem i was thinking about with the zip ties is that after a period od time they may start to crack the casing thats all. But im sure if you keep an eye on it it'll be fine

Mine was sitting on top of my radiator but the fan hit it when it turned on. I realised once i fitted my fan switch. Horrifically loud sound. Needed to sort it

looooool just try and catch it early.
If you leave it, shite will get all over your engine and be a bitch to spot any other leaks.
Is best top try and sort oil leaks asap really.
Hows that single seater car doing ? Still quick on the track ?
