Cut a groove in them and smack them round with a screwdriver
Heat doesnt do anything apart from soften the head and make them easier to round out

Lol, I know their meant to be easy BUT I don't want to have to drop the beam off unless I HAVE to. I'll see if Boony can sort it on Wednesday... If not, the fuckers coming off!
November has been a total BUST for me... EVERYTHING practically has gone wrong so I'm trying to be careful so I don't make it worse.
I'll deffo be banging on your doors if it goes tits up though.

I know mate. I'm just not building my hopes up so that when Boony get's it done in an hour i'll be well chuffed! lol.
The nuts look like their rusted in as part of it though so hence the non-excitement
We'll see on Wednesday evening! Hopefully a good update will be coming!

Get some irwin bolt extractors on them.
Will either get them out no prob or snap the head off.
Either way you get the t.bars out, but then might had to drill and tap the thread out

Either way, looks like I may need to get some taps! lol. The beam won't be coming off unless I absolutely HAVE to! after the track day I'll think about taking it off and cleaning it all up etc. Until then, i have 13 days to finish it off.

IT'S DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't say enough about the work Boony has done tonight (and his dad!!)
If anyone reads this and is worrying about getting a beam lowered, Look no further! PM Boony, he'll come and sort it for you!
The poor lad has spent 5 hours here tonight and his poor dad has had his hand smashed to pieces with the lump hammer swinging!
I'm SO chuffed (mostly that I didn't have to do it lol!)
Here's a quick picture I took. I'll get some better ones tomorrow.
Cheers Boony and your Dad.
