Hiya mate . Yes still been going slowly. But I suppose that's better than no progress at all.
Struts have been shot blasted and sprayed Black, new wheel bearings too.
Rear brembo brakes are all fitted , had to modify the centres for the rear disks so now have 283 MM. brakes on the back purely because I had them collecting dust in the workshop
My friend came around the other week to see it running and said he can't put an mot on it due to the short exhaust . So I'm currently making a more road friendly version , keeping with the side exit though I hope .
Had to move the intercooler forward to accommodate a spal fan. Hopefully it will keep it running cool enough,
Have a shed load of work to do on the car and it doesn't help the fact I'm currently moving into my own place . So will slow down progress as of next Friday which sucks .

Ah cool, good to hear you're still working on it anyways, should be awesome when its all together! Still waiting for the slow ass builder to finish building our garage so I have somewhere dry to work on mine, guess that's what happens when you get family doing jobs though lol.
Shouldn't have much trouble stopping with those brakes anyways haha.

Haha I bloody hope so after all the time and effort. Still need some suspension too but nothing comes up second hand. I remember when there was parts galore on here but it's gone really quite on here now .
Be good for you to have a garage to work in, I couldn't work on a car outside anymore it's always either too cold or raining here in Cumbria which is typical!

Yeah it is pretty dead on here compared to how it was a few years ago I guess there's not as many saxo's and 106's about now though.
And yeah so much better being in a garage it's not just working outside it's all the messing around aswell if you're trying to strip a car down you can't really leave it outside in bits haha.

Cheers mate, currently saving for the b12 kit. Think that's what I'm going for as I hate coilovers as I currently run a set of avo on my fiesta st . And the ride is shocking unless on a smooth road haha

Those wheels are without doubt my favourite and most sought after wheels ever.

I'm in love with them, best thing is they were brand new and wrapped in brand new toyo r888 . Cost me a few pennies but definitely work well with the car

Not a bloody clue 😂 I have a few options around my area who do a lot with the dta ecu . But wouldn't mind taking it to sandy brown or at speed but it means a long drive with it on our car trailer
