My paxo turbo
Well a couple of months back I got my first saxo was originally brought to be just a run about but I've decided to keep it as tbh they aren't bad little motors it obvs. Feels a bit sluggish compared to the cars ive had but it's amazing on fuel and insurance was pennies which made a nice change. When I first got it the car was a bit tatty looked like it had been looked after until a point where it was neglected since I've owned it
New wheel bearings
New wiper stalk
Wiper relay
Wiper washer pump
Drop links
I'm now trying to source a new rear axle as that's showing signs of wear I wasn't gonna bother as it was just a run about so was gonna drive it into the floor but I've had a change of heart so gonna keep it for a couple of years will update this as I go along not gonna many pics as not took any haha mods wise it's pretty standard apart from the wheels of course the exhaust is after market but no idea what brand possibly saxsport

Well today has been a mission and a half the rear axle was getting horrendous so decided to change it today all went alright until I broke my roll over valve so gotta try and find some where to replace it but other than that all was ok it all came apart fine and swapped all the bits over with the replacement then refitted it's not a job I would wanna do again though was a pig getting it back on the car so that's where I'm up to atm tomorrow I will be bleeding the brakes hopefully finding and fitting the roll over valve and then fitting new front springs and top mount bearings
And here is what I broke
Will post more tomorrow for an update

Nice job, just keep in mind that, from what I know, that's actually a pressure relief valve,it is designed to allow air to enter the tank when a negative pressure of 0.08 Psi (0.0055 Bar) is reached,If the tank should become pressurised then the valve will open to vent if the pressure reaches 0.725 Psi (0.05 Bar),if you're changing it for a used working one that's okay but just keep in mind that if you're going for an aftermarket one,I broke mine as well lol

Well another day working on the car thank god that's over managed to get another valve to replace the one I broke Jesus they are on tight all changed now changed the front springs the passenger side driveshaft is temperamental isn't it only moved it a bit and it pissed out gearbox oil luckily was only briefly so didn't lose much got the springs changed over and then bled the brakes a few air bubbles but not that much which was a suprise car drives alright catches with passengers so I'm gonna put different tires on as they are 55's which are high profile so I'm hoping fitting 45's will eliminate the problem
Suspension off
My mate who gave me a hand today haha
New ones on
And how the car is not a great pic it need a wash desperately
Thanks for looking
