Default Dented Roof Stopping windscreen replacement

Hi all,

Im new here. Didn't no were else to get my question answered and as im going to need help in the future, I thought id sign up for a saxo forum.

First question is on my windscreen frame.

Im trying to get windscreen replaced as the bonnet flew open and smashed screen and dented roof a couple weeks after buying the saxo

Problem is that the roof/frame is slightly dented so the screen wont fit correctly when Autoglass tried replacing.

im going to try and add a picture, could someone shed some light on whether i cant fix the damage to replace the windscreen or whether i should just give up now.

Hmm, personally i'd just give up i think, i guess you could always ask a bodyshop for a quote and see what they think, it needs to be properly fixed for the windscreen to fit and be safe though.
