Lol, I didn't open the claim untill midnight, and I saw the bonnet at around 7pm, I didn't get to the computer until 8 - and I said i put the claim in so you would pull your finger out, but you didn't, so I did put a claim in.

Don't know where you get the idea ive talking rubbish at all let alone all along

i normally finish work on a wednesday at 7:45pm-8pm depending on how busy we are. sometimes we leave 7:30pm. that night our phone lines went down, which happens every 1/2 months with this company, so we all left around 6:55/7:00pm. i live 4/5 minutes away, so by the time i was home and settled to look at the bonnet it was latest 7:10pm.

by the time i had taken photos, which didnt show the dents, then came online, then taken more, it was around 20:00 like you have said. i messaged you before i came online, and tried to ring you as soon as i saw it. i didnt put the claim in until 23:58, so hours later, giving you time to reply but you never did.

i really do not need to lie, you're taking a lot of things the wrong way and trying to twist things

ive really had enough of you, for your own good can you stop posting, send me your home address so i can get this whole thing sorted the way it should have been from day 1.
