Goit pulled for my number plates early hours on sunday morning, fair enough was going to get them changed the following thursday (first day off), late on monday night (half 3 in the morning) i get a ticket slapped on my car.
What a fucking piss take of a warning period!!! 48 bleeding hours which included a sunday (which makes no odds as i was at work anyway), blatantly obvious he was looking for my car ever since to just give me a ticket, so £85 later ive got new plates fitted, thanks for the £60 fine even though they were getting changed anyway, some police officers really make it hard for you to like them GRRRRRR

Even though technically they don't make sense now, it still adds an element of 'exclusivity' to the car, in as much as no one can tell how old it is

yea i know if i had more time (was scared to wait any longer to get them changed after getting that ticket) i wouldve gone for 5 character number plates, ie shorter ones, as long as there is 11mm margin they're legal, i wanted to get them legal but still look kinda illegal to piss the copper off, and hoping he was gonna pull me again, if i see him around im pulling him over.... and gonna have a little chat with him
i could cut them down myself but then it'll loose the British standard number which obv has to be there, as its right in the right hand corner

to be fair, they probably look better like that ^
looks a bit odd with too many spaces lol
could you not get some other legal plates with the postcode in the middle so you can cut them shorter?
