Jesus. Can we give it rest with all this "my dads bigger than your dad bullshit" ? There's no point in having hugh disk space and greater 3D processing capabilities if you can't make full use of them is there? If you're mostly interested in processing power, get a PC. £2500 - £3000 on a Dell XPS should keep you satisfied for a while...
I own a 360 and a PS3, so I don't have any bias. I've been playing the single player campaign of MGS4 for a few hours now and I think it's great. This game is seriously a breath of fresh air. Check out the review on www.gamespot.com, I normally trust them with their comments. Although I wouldn't go as far as them by giving the game a 10 / 10... Still, no doubt this is the best FPS available on the PS3, something that PS3 fans have been waiting for for some time indeed.
For a game to be hugely lastable, it needs a great multiplayer facility, something which this game lacks IMO. The idea is very good, but sluggish and difficult controls make it difficult to aim with accuracy and precision. Also the game suffers from constant framerate slowdowns. Funny how a less powerful Xbox 360 can run COD4 in a perfect 60fps with no slowdown, yet the ever so powerful PS3 cannot even make MGS4 run in a perfect 30fps.

tbh an average modern graphics card such as an 8800gtx would have more processing capabilities than either of the two top consoles
and a £400 cheapo budget games pc would still be better than any console graphics wise

Funny how COD4 runs better on PS3 (even the developers admitted so)
Ever occur to you, MGS4 is far better looking and more complex than COD4?
