Yep. Go to community, leaderboards, circuit and the class (A class) in this case.
There's an overall time which is complicated. Press on it and it shows each individual track. There's a few tracks I havent even raced on yet.
Gibbo, I've beat all your overall times and will be going after the individual times tonight. As much as I don't want to credit BMW to you, an E46 with a E96 twin turbo M3 engine sounds amazing! The dump valves are very loud lol

I've been hammering the ring (haha sooper gay) for a week now trying to beat my friends record and I give up, can't do a clean lap under 8minutes!

My 92 is "S" but is crap for pb's the Ferrari's are leagues ahead..

All I run is everything.. 
Nah just the standard issue abs,tcs and stability 
Really need to learn how to tune cars...

Turning off abs etc makes lap times so much faster much more realistic too. Have you got your steering on simulation?
Edit: i shall try and tune an e46 m3 later and have a bash

A Class (Any modifications as long as it's A class)
Best way of doing this is to go to Arcade and then Hot Lap.

Had a few races last night with Chris and his mate. Didn't go well for me if I'm totally honest. We'll go in order...
First of all was our Civic race. Purely coincidence, all Championship White
Next up was the Focus race which... didn't go well!
That was the end of my race.
Next up was the Del Sol race... which didn't go well, again!
