Xbox live shop. I believe you might be able to press X at some point in the game to go to the downloadable content too, possible the multiplayer menu.

Only French manufacturers on Forza are Peugeot and Renault. What a joke! I want a Mk1 VTS. And with Forza's ridiculously unrealistic upgrades I could probably get about 950bhp out of it
