Default Thinking of hitting the gym but some things are stopping me...

The problem I have that is stopping me is...I work a manual labour job, so I'm exhausting myself daily and sometimes we don't eat during the day so if anyone else does it how do you manage to eat, and train after a grueling day?
I'm not a noob to gym work outs so be as complex as you want with any diet plans. Thanks alot.

takes 5mins to make a sandwich, 5mins to eat it. get up 5mins earlier in the morning to bag up a meal, piece of fruit, bottle of water. then break off for it while you're working! hardly gonna slow you down much

as for training after work. get plenty of sleep each night. stay hydrated. i also tend to come home after work, have dinner, sit a short while then bike to the gym. by time i get there i'm warmed up, my blood is flowing and i feel ready to hit the weights

Gaining, been looking at iron addicts and have been learning yet again, I need to stop as it was my downfall last time!
Being a hardgainer (or to put it bluntly a skinny twat)
I will be doing a 3 day 5x5 routine (here) as I have a low recovery rate.
Next my intake of food will be:
Breakfast: 630
Two slices of whole grain toast
1 Apple
Protien Shake with oats
Snack: 9am
Water
2 PB sandwiches
Lunch: 12am
3 Tuna Sandwiches
Cereal Bar
Milk
Snack: 3pm
1 PB sandwich
water
Post workout: 6pm
Protien shake
Banana
Tea:8pm
Whatever has been cooked
Water
Bedtime Snack:10pm
Protein Shake
Cereal bar

Haven't really worked out the diet, just off top of my head for me who also works on a building site, so I don't feel it's excessive. Excuse the messyness too I'm abit tired lol

That seems alrite but if youve got a manual job just try adding more calories per meal untill you see better gains. I like taking a few boiled eggs in my bait box.

If you want it enought then you can get it tbh.

Get drinking alot of milk all day and it'll pile up, it's all in the preparation. Everyone you work with will probably take the piss on how much you eat, but that's just how it goes.

Ask you mentioned sandwiches, stick a cooler in your car with chicken/fish etc in to keep at hand. I'll post a video that'll open your eyes abit tomorrow when I'm on my desktop

I think the answer is you just have to go mate.

It'll be hard at first but you're body will adapt to it and you should feel like you have more energy in general after a while.

I'd stay away from eating big meals with a lot of sugar in that give you big highs and lows. Stick to foods that are a good source of protein to keep you fuller for longer.

There is also a supplement that will help and I'll look for the name.

Which is where i was leading .

I very much doubt that you see 80 a day as you say you work from 9-6, hour lunch.

6 mins a pt is not long enough for a scale & polish/fisher sealants never mind anything else.

Slight exageration me thinks!!!

Do you use any supps? ie creatine?
Take it soon as you finish work, this will give you an hours rest then you'll be raring to go.
Eat big after work out, this will become routine eventually and you wont feel so tired after work.
