help burning off some fat
basically i have bulked up to 13stone over the last 4 months and in the last month i havent even managed to gain a single lb i raised calories etc none of it worked
so i've decided to cut back abit and burn off some fat, i dont have alot of fat at all tbh so dont need no mega hardcore diet and cardio program
what i want to do is get up early each morning and go out for a run then train weights after work in the evenings. if i do this what should i eat/drink before hand as to not burn muscle
i know what to change in my diet and training etc to define its just the above that i could do with some help with
