its the 1st i've ever heard of it anyway

Ive heard that too, but Ive heard bananas give you cancer. Ive done them for years, never had any problems...

My lat's are lacking as well ... I pm'ed a guy whos got immense lat's on bodybuildings bodyspace and after a few months he replied with "everyone says wide grip pulls up but do standard pull ups with a weight they worked wonders for me"
