can i use my subframe that are already in the car. a set i am looking at comes with runners but no subframes can i use my original ones?

yes you can, might need to drill some holes though to fit to seats depending on what seats they are

ok when i do it i want to also take off the pre tensioner but not disconnect them how do they unbolt

ye very easy, once you've unbolted the seats from the car removed the pre tensioners before you lift seats out of car
