You just need a remote central locking kit or you would be best to get an alarm as any alarm has the function for remote locking, You should be looking at around £150 for a piece of mind alarm supplyed and fitted.

I was wondering the same thing for my vtr. I got a quote to get an alarm fitted for £299 is that a rip off? I seen alarm kits on ebay for like £50 with remote start and stuff like that, are they hard to fit?

£ 299 is expensiv but its all down to the alarm that they are going fit. Dont be fooled into getting the crap they sell on ebay as it is shockingly bad quolity and wont last 5 mins. I do alarms supplyed and fitted starting from £150.

There is no need to get a full cat 1 as the saxo has a cat 2 immobiliser as standered so all you need is a cat 2-1 upgrade alarm with battery back up siren which i do for £220 fitted. If you want to get an alarm fitted i could see if i can get an engineer i know up your way to do it for you. I would just need you postcode so i can ask about.
