Default speakers for this amp? knowledgeable advice please

hey basicly after reading through the 6x9 thread i decided to scrap my 6x9s not realising they where so crap and use the same amp to power some new front speakers in my saxo.
basicly this is the same amp i have http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VIBE-VP2-600-W..._Amplifiers_PP

and was wondering if anyone could tell me if its worth keeping?
if it is i would like some decent quality (no cheap jobbies) to go with it can anyone point me to the right speakers?
if not could someone point me to a decent amp and front speakers for decent quality sound thanks

sorry just noticed that link is pretty much useless for info on wattage and rms so here is the wattage etc.. 2x100 watts rms (2x200 watts max) 4 ohms, 1x300 watts rms (1x600 watts max) 4 ohms

Alpine type r, maybe some SPL components. It seems to be quite a powerful amp so will be able to run a decent set of components.

yeah been reading up about it dont want some cheapy ones just to blow up as soon as the volume goes up want something that can handle the power ideally.
something that confuses me and i may sound really thick saying this but when you look at speakers and it sais the rms etc is that for the pair or per speaker?

Per speaker mate. I have the Alpine Type R components run off a Alpine MRP-222 amp and they sound amazing. The amp I am running them off is not as "powerful" as the amp you described though. I can highly recommend them!
