Default Is my sub Under Powered?

I have a Vibe BlackAir 12" which is a 1600w Max / 550w RMS Sub with a Vibe 800w amp, its an active package so its how it came but wondered if my sub is under powered by this amp? Im not sure about the RMS of the amp though

Its this one if it helps

It hits pretty hard, more than enough for me, but just want to know if it could give more with a different amp?

Or i may go back to having 2 12" Kenwoods some time?

Thanks

yeah those vibes usually give you an underpowered amp.. enough for most people i think theyre around 300w but if your after more kick get a 15" or even 2x 12", if so youll be better off selling the vibe and going JBL or something. ive got a double 12" MTX subs with alpine amp and 1000rms and its f***king mental feels like your throats getting ripped out if thats what your after, onl;y thing is theyre not cheap.
