view your posts/unanswered posts
Works well on other forums and im fucking sick of going to my profile, clicking about four times through my statistics and then getting it.
For the mods, you would be able to nob two birds with one conny. As it stands currently you have to click on 'your posts' or 'your started topics' - well just put a link on the forum homepage to all posts by a user.
This way, anything youve posted in will be displayed in date order by the thread title, including ones you started and only posted in.
You would reduce the amount of searches the servers carries out significantly by only allowing one type of search, instead of 'started topics' and 'posts', they would be intertwined.

Just to add an unanswered posts button would be nice that doesnt include the forsale/wanted section, could help out people with problems.

Thought of using Thread Subscriptions?
Thread Tools -> Subscribe to This Thread
Then you've only gotta click through to UserCP to check them all.

If you are wanting easy access to track your own posts you can either subscribe to them when you post them.
Or go to your User CP > Edit Options & change the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" from "do not subscribe" to one of the other options. - This way any thread you start or eve just post in will be stored in the thread subscription panel of the home page of your User CP & everytime there are new posts in a thread you will either be notified (if you chose that option) or they will simply collate in your User CP Page!

Well to be honest thats not easy access.. Thats a fuck on.
Searching by name:
2 clicks, multiple key presses
Subscribing to a thread = annoying emails
My way - one click.
Check this:
Just like that.

I have mine set to "no email notification" So i dont get any mail & this thread popped back into my list because you responded to it.
Imo that better than just listing threads you created because they only appear in my list when someone has actually responded to them & im also not limited to just my own threads - which is why im back in here replying!
This way its also one click.

Rovertech are running phpBB, so they've got that feature by default.

Or if the admins do want to implement it, put this in the navbar template, just before "$template_hook[navbar_buttons_right]":
Code:
<if condition="$show['member']"><td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="search.php?do=finduser&u=$bbuserinfo[userid]&starteronly=1">View My Threads</a></td></if>
