Run mapping / fitness tracking?
Hi fellas I have started riding to work & running after work on a daily basis, not doing any weights etc yet and I'm not signed up at a gym.
I realise this is useless if I continue eating 82737 takeaways a week so I've also started eating healthy I also cut out all of my fizzy drinks and have replaced with water. It's going well so far my legs are killing!
I signed up to mapmyrun.com which seems pretty useful, but I was wondering if any of you use something else that is kind of all in one for tracking fitness?
I have an android phone, any usefull apps that can track like my runs/rides/meals/calories?
If not how do you track your fitness?
Thanks lads.

There is an app on the phones which track your GPS and then map a line on a map on your phone telling you the distance time speed ect... just search for that on app store or if your on shitty android w.e they use. If you wanted that information ect...

When I run I use a garmin forerunner, takes distance, speed, route (uploads it to google earth) calories etc.
Got mine about 4/5years ago and its still going strong, can probably pick up my version dirt cheap on amazon or a better/newer model
