Weight training. Diet?
Right since my birthday n Christmas. I've ate shit and done nothing par assigments
This week I started a diet
I don't have time to go gym
So in eating
Weetabix, cupa tea
Tuna n pasta and hard boiled eggs lunch.
With apple or cranberry juice
And different sorts of dinners.
Home made ham n salad wraps
I'm exercising with
Cross trainer home
And weights
And skipping
I'm going to start running on different days
A friend keeps saying use grenades ( gives me nose bleeds n awful headaches)
Anymore advice to help? On routines or eating or general?
