There's a damn good reason they're cheap.

If you replaced the shocks and the springs, then with some modifications they could be "good".

It depends what you want. Lows with no ride control or comfort? Fill your boots Track suspension they aint.

My driver side shock is leaking oil and was told on here that I needed new ones and as ATM it's on coliover and was just going to get some more and these are up for £297 as a kit with the back shocks aswell lol

Also, only the front will adjust! The rear is set with the torsion bar.

I want control and it's sitting at 40mm but mite drop the front to 50mm to see how it's going to sit on the road better but need new ones 1st lol

Seriously, take a moment to visit KAM Racing's website and browse through there.

Unless you need coilovers, you'll probably be happier with standard shocks and springs (like a b8/50mm drop kinda setup). Much better all round. Of course - no "lows".

Will have a look soon mate and I am hoping to stay with coliover if I can but if it's cheaper to get standard struts and put lower springs on and just quick what dose lows mean lol thanks

Take the old one out and put a new one in. Just put any shock you want in it.

yup, everything has to come off to change them, but it's that easy provided the top spring pan fits the shock. Yes you'd have to do both

Out of these two pic which one am I looking for ? . And as I don't know a thing on how to change any of this. What's the easiest way to go about it buy new coliover , just change the shocks ?
