Advice
Hi all,
I wanna start getting fit but dunno where to start.
Im not fat by a long shot, i just wanna have a better general fitness and change my diet as i eat too much crap. just dunno what sort of stuff i should be eating.
Any advice you lot can give me would be appreciated

get down peak fitness.
The guys there i know personally and they are great at setting up a routine for you.
what are your goals? weightloss? improve cardio? build muscle??

Like Ryan said what you eat may depend on what your goals are. For example is your loosing to increase muscle mass with as little fat gain as possible then you'll need to eat a lot of protein and less carbs.

i dont watch my diet at all...eat whatever and whenever...but i train well and im in good shape...
xcept when i get lazy...then i get fat.

im dont have a lot of fat to lose, i just want to tone my body so it looks better and increase muscle in some places too yeh. Im after a general fitness to be honest. i used to be on my feet all day in my job before and now i started an office job and sit there eating crap, i noticed im getting out of shape quite quickly and jus wanna stop it rly

Mate if you want to increase muscle mass then you'll need a high protein diet with a large amount of carbs. You'll need to eat roughly 5-6 times a day, getting as much protein down your neck as you can take. Don't train each muscle group more than once a week imo.
Tuna, chicken, egg whites, wholemeal bread, brown rice and pasta, these are the best sorts of things for you

I have found a meal plan that suits me, which is someone who works 9-5 and gets little exersise.
Im not fat and dont want to lose any weight but i want to tone my stomach muscles so does anyone know what sort of exersises ect i could do for this?
