Default shake advice
i have just joined a gym(bodyworx) i have been training on my home equiptment for 2 yrs but have only had 1 session at a proper gym yesterday im aching all over i am off to the gym tommorow again and was wondering i had a shake this morning do i need another tonight as i havent worked out today apart from sit-ups thanks in advance adam

get a room. Get some Pro-Recover for after the gym, will help with the aches. Either that or do what I do and put some simple sugars in your PWO shake. I use Virtargo from MP.
