i always take my multi vits in the morn so with meal one give it time to digest and not mix with other suppliments.

vitamins arnt benaficial??????? what planet do you live on when training or even when your not training your body needs vitamins mate i carnt stress how much you body needs atleast a multivitamin a day. (thats what i have) im not a brainbox but ive done my reserch and vitamins are essential imo
