Default spraying front bumper and splitter

I am thinking of spraying the front bumper and splitter to make the front bumper look widemouth. is this hard to do? would i use gloss or matt paint?

Use a jnr hack saw, not exactly the most feared saw in the world.

My mate used an angle grinder but i personally think it melts the surrounding plastic too much.

If your not that confident in doing it, why not buy a cheap vt front bumper if you can find one and have a practice with that.
