I just take ear plugs with me. A guy I know his F1, now that has sets of ear defenders in it lol!
I had ecu/wiring problems. The ECU was tested by dave walker and apparently all was fine. The cars mostly been rewired, just having someone work on an adaptor loom and hopefully have the engine firing again. Then its get the car in road worthy condition again after an effective 2 years of sitting there.

Fair enough Ryan, you got a really nice motor! Be nice to see it around track this summer, be nice to see it in person aswell.
I want to see what 200hp in an N/A is like!

Thanks for the email. We have no plans to make a specific airbox to use in the Saxo/106 engine bay. It should be possible to use the pipercross px airbox, or the reverie zolder 65mm in carbon fibre. Both of these will be fairly tight around the brake master cylinder area. I have a customer in France who will be trying one of the reverie airboxes out soon, and I will try to get images/feedback of it if I can. The main issue with airboxes is the price, so as it stands we have no interest at the moment.
Also in regards to the angle we currently have no plans to adjust the it, but the next time we make some, we may go ahead and alter it. We have tried new manufacturing techniques on other throttle sets over the last year which would allow us to do that. However, we have no current plans to make more at the moment.

Mine was around the 90's exhaust with the btb
Around the front was borderline 105 with revs, but my setup is very open.

mine passed the static at brands twice that was with pugsport manifold and 2.5inch system with 1 single silencer.
If you are worried just dont rev it to hard/high they often dont check the rpms
Only thing louder than me that day apparently was a GT3 Cup car according to some spectators lol. They didnt test the front of the car just the back. I didnt make it obvious I was running open bodies when going up to be tested mind.

hello lads,
i drove bedford GT last monday 28th. passed static at 97db. limit was 101.
drive by is set at 87.5 30ft drive by. on my 1st lap in the morning taking it steady and warming things up i was shown the "NOISE" board immediatley. i drove a few more laps gently and was not shown this again.
i decided i should pit in and have a chat with the marshalls....
theres 4 noise mic's at bedford. it was one in particular exit of hairpin i was 1db from being sent home ON MY FIRST LAP! no excuses at all they just kick you out
i was asked to lift on 4 of these points and asked to take care, light throttle and short shift from this one hairpin.
i managed the whole morning till i crashed (yes twice in a month lol) and the rest of the afternoon once fixed. i will go back. i dont mind lifting off slightly in places as its such a good track.
so if you have throttle bodies or are thinking of them bare this in mind

Do you run a middle box in the exhaust system?

With a middle box that bring the drive by noise down, it brought mine down alot, I would look at getting a baffled middle box to help that level.
The bodies will be loud but on a drive by it take the whole noise, when I had a straight though, it was extremely loud, but with a middle box brought the drive by noise down.

As your static test is loud and that taking from behind, my static test with bodies and kam racing system with middle box is 83 dB
On a drive by it take it all into account, so get the exhaust noise down will help you abit

bedford is an arse, im not even going to bother going there for this reason as stated previously on the forums.
They are linked to the council so there is the 1 strike and you are gone rule. Not cool/worth the risk.
