Default 'Bubble' on plastic VT kit

I noticed this yesterday on the bottom of my VT plastic arch.:

On the bottom right. The only way to describe it is a plastic film has came loose and its got a air bubble underneath it.

Why has this happened, how does it happen and if i pop the middle of the bubble with a pin, am i likely to make it flat again?

Looks to me like the bumper has been painted and the lacquer has reacted. I think popping it will make it more noticable as the skin has been strectched!

. It doesn't move if you try and move it to the edge. I guess popping it would then allow dirt to get in behind it?

Might sound daft, how about if i peel it off and then re-lacquer that area? Would it look shit

You're right. Right on the bottom side skirt almost. Although i know is there it's one of those things that i'll have to live with.

Thinking about it. I did used to have a 'Spax' sticker there a few months back and must had came unstuck. Perhaps this has done something to the paint?

Perhaps, sticking anything to your paintwork is only asking for trouble!
