Default Help! What to do to get these scratches out

Noticed these very fine scratches along the bottom of the door. Appears to be a bush scrape but I have not driven through anything. I can't feel anything if I run my nails over it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can see the scratches just above the shadow in this picture.

Just needs compounding / machine polishing - they'd come out no problem.

I was going say try some srp or auto glym paint rejuvenator if your doing it by hand if that does not work use a more abrasive polish
