Plastic welded the crack in the bumper and put some fibreglass on it for a bit of strength today. Also spent a good few hours sanding down my rear lights to remove the many many layers of tint spray on them. They look 100 times better now

Got a better picture of the rear lights today. Also fitted the front bumper back on. Needs a couple of adjustments but it will be coming off the road again in a couple of weeks and i'll do it then

Didn't really cost anything because i already had all of the things i needed and took me a few weeks, but if i worked on it everyday and got it into paint quicker it could have been done in a week or so

Should be starting more of the body work soon, just trying to get the time to do it. The bumper cracked again the other day so i took it off to put a plate behind it and found close to half a tub of filler from a previous owners bodged repair so that is all gone and the crack is in the process of being fixed

Took the number plate, boot handle and lock off of the boot lid today ready for when i start doing some work on it. Planning on smoothing the lock hole and colour coding the handle. Then sprayed the handle in plastic primer.

Also started smoothing the reflectors in the back bumper.
Cut up some fog blanks from a clio bumper and plastic welded them together in the shape of the hole then plastic welded them into the bumper

Got the car in my garage today to start the big progress. Started rubbing down some bits getting them ready to be repaired. Started on the bonnet, doing a previous repair properly...

Then rubbed down the panel under the rear light and the rough boot lid from where the badge has been removed.

More to come

Did a little more work on the car today, body work is worse than i thought, paint has peeled off everywhere...

Sprayed the fog surround rings in plastic primer, they'll be going white with the fog surround being black.
