Default Exterior Trim Fitting new Clips

Ive had a look and maybe im being blind , But how do you fit new clips for the exterior trim is there a special tool?

Had my struts swapped yesterday and the Mech lifted the Wheel arch to move the card away from the Jack and the trim came loose and snapped some clips.

Any help greatly appreciated.

any decent sealant to glue the metal brackets back onto the trim and then new plastic clips slide into the metal brackets
