Default Turning over trouble

So yesterday, when I went to start my car, I turned the key and it did half a turn then stopped like the battery was dead. So I tried again and it turned over slowly like the battery was dead again but each time it got faster and after 5 or so turns it started then ran fine.
I shrugged it off and didn't think anything of it, just thought it'd be a one off. Except it did it again last night and then this morning.
It's not everytime though, it's about half of the time because yesterday it started fine twice in between struggling to start....

Thought it might be that! Trip to the scrap yard soon then!
Are the starter motors for 1.1s the same as VTs? The scrappy near me only has 1.1s and I think a Furio in at the moment!
